Shailendra Watave
Shailendra founded WSS in November 2010. He has over 11+ years of experience in designing, developing customised software solutions for leading multinationals.
Prior to founding WSS, Shailendra worked for Mailshell Inc, USA, a leading Internet Security provider. He lead the development of url categorisation SDK and worked on Antispam SDK during his time at Mailshell.
Prior to that, Shailendra worked with University of Florida and Wipro Technologies as a Software Engineer.
Shailendra holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida.
Tejaswinee Havaldar
Tejaswinee joined WSS in August 2022. She brings in technical expertise and knowledge in software development acquired over 11+ years of IT industry experience. She had been part of product and service oriented companies of varying sizes. She has worked in India, USA and Germany and hence has perspective of diverse work-cultures. She hold a Masters degree in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology Rochester (Rochester, New York)
